The target eruption was about an explosion that occurred around 1:09, 43 minutes ago. According to the “Volcano Observation Report on Eruption” published at 1:34, the pyroclastic flow flowed 1800 m southwest of the Minamidake summit crater. It is said that it was done.
In addition, colored eruption smoke rose to 2300 m above the crater, and large volcanic bombs scattered in a trajectory flew to the 5th station. This is the 71st explosion this year on Sakurajima.
